CARLETON H. HUTCHINS

Carl’s practice focuses on planning and administering estates for individuals and families (wills, trusts, powers of attorney and medical directives), including estate and gift tax minimization techniques through the use of marital, charitable and insurance trusts.

Prior to joining the firm, Carl was an associate at the Denver based firm of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber and Schreck, where he was a member of the firm’s real estate group.

He also served in the public sector working as a law clerk for the Honorable Wiley Y. Daniel of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
